Ms. Akshita Shukla is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 7.5 years of experience in the field of mental health. She holds a Graduation, Master’s, and M.Phil in Clinical Psychology and has dedicated her career to providing comprehensive psychological support through various online platforms.

Her professional journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to making mental health care accessible and effective. From working with diverse populations in online therapy to gaining hands-on experience in clinical settings, she has continuously refined her skills to provide client-centered and evidence-based care.

She began her career with TalkToAngel, an online counseling platform where she supported a diverse range of clients. She later joined Sukoon Health, formerly associated with Fortis Memorial and Research Institute, Gurugram, as a consultant and was subsequently promoted to Senior Consultant. These experiences have equipped her with a deep understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and a refined ability to tailor care to individual needs.

Ms. Shukla specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and middle-aged individuals, addressing a wide range of psychological concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship difficulties, obsessive-compulsive disorders, personality issues, anger issues, adjustment disorders, grief, and bipolar affective disorder.

Session Fees:

Domestic (India):

• ₹1000 for 30 minutes
• ₹1600 for 60 minutes

International:

• ₹1400 for 30 minutes
• ₹2000 for 60 minutes
